Product Description:

WARNING! Always wear approved eye (or face) and hand protection when pressure leakage testing.

Operation: 1. Select the correct adapter by first measuring the hose diameter. 2. Set the regulator of the tester to 5 psi to check for large leaks with the valve open (operating handle inline with the hose axis) and with the air coupling disconnected. 3. Select the correct size adapters and place them in the hoses, then tighten the clamp. 4. Connect the air coupling to check for leaks at the pre-set (5 psi). If a leak is identified audibly, it indicates that the system has a fault resulting in loss of pressure. 5. If no leaks are evident, regulate the pressure to 10 psi. If no leaks are evident, regulate the pressure to a maximum of 15 psi or to the manufacturer's maximum pressure and retest. 6. If the gauge pointer remains stationary for one minute, it will indicate that the system works well. 7. Release the pressure in the system by rotating the ball valve lever to align with the hose axis. 8. Disconnect the quick coupler, clean, and return all items to the carry case.
